I learned that LAIKA studios made the art for Coraline I also learned that it was made with stop motion as well as them using the same stop motion with paranorman and used 3D with them as well not to make pop out moments but to create a depth of Field I think that its cool to mix two different animation types like that and get a nice result to go along with it I agree with the artical that it would be cool to walk around a stop motion set and see what its like if you get the chance How long on average would it take to do one scene in stop motion?
